GREEN TEA CUP CAKE
(Serving Size: 20 cup cakes)
Ingredients

200g melted butter
150g (3) eggs
100g fresh milk
Ingredients B
3 big spoonful TEH TARIK FUJIZ
200g castor sugar
1g salt
Ingredients C
225gsuperfine flour
5g (1tsp) baking powder
5g (1tsp) sodium bicarbonate
Topping
Roasted cashew nuts
METHOD
1. Double boil till the butter is dissolved and let it cool. Add in beaten eggs and milk and stir until well combined.
2. Dissolve the Fujiz Teh Tarik with 50ml lukewarm water. Add sugar and salt into the melted FUJIZ TEH TARIK and mix till the sugar dissolved.
3. Combine Step 1 and Step 2, add sieved ingredients (C) to form batter.
4. Fill up cup cake with batter, topping with cashew nut and bake in preheated oven at 180oC for 20 to 25 minutes.
